Kyndryl Inc. is seeking a Customer Technology Advisor - Security to bring advanced cybersecurity expertise to client engagements, shaping outcomes and accelerating business value through Kyndryl's security services and partner ecosystem.

You will collaborate with partners and account teams, lead workshops and demonstrations, translate requirements into scalable security architectures, and contribute to thought leadership and practice growth.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of experience in Security Technical Services Solutions.
• Deep domain knowledge of Security Services offerings and technical solutions in a practice.
• Experience in Cybersecurity and Cyber Resiliency.
• Background in core enterprise security and network security.
• Experience translating technical knowledge into actionable customer insights.

Mansioni

• Serve as the security subject matter expert for client engagements, providing trusted technical guidance and solution leadership.
• Partner with Customer Partners and account teams to identify opportunities, shape security strategies, and develop winning solutions.
• Lead customer-facing discussions, workshops, presentations, and demonstrations to articulate the value of security services and solutions.
• Translate business and technical requirements into scalable, outcome-driven security architectures and roadmaps.
• Develop compelling proposals, proofs of concepts, and solution recommendations addressing customer challenges.
• Collaborate with delivery, consulting, and alliance teams to build integrated solutions leveraging Kyndryl and partner technologies.
• Support the end-to-end pre-sales process, ensuring technical quality, governance, and alignment with best practices.
• Maintain expertise in emerging security technologies, industry trends, and certifications.
