Job summary

Agensi Pekerjaan Job Expert Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Support Specialist fluent in Arabic, Indonesian or Korean to join our Kuala Lumpur team. You will handle inquiries via email, chat, and phone, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience across product features and services.

The role requires at least 1 year of customer service experience, strong communication and problem-solving abilities, and flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Arabic or Indonesian and strong command of English.
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a BPO or similar environment.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone in Arabic/Indonesian/Korean and English.
• Provide support on product features and resolving technical or service issues.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any pending cases.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, operations) to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure timely response and resolution within SLA (Service Level Agreements).
• Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments when necessary.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for customer service processes.
