Job summary

CCTECH International Sales & Services Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a Customer Support Engineer to install and commission machines, train end users, and provide on-site and remote support.

You will coordinate with HQ via JIRA for continuous improvement, and travel locally as needed. Multilingual communication in English, Mandarin and Malay is essential.

Qualifications

• Min Diploma or Degree; 2–4 years related industry exp.
• Strong written/spoken English, Mandarin and Malay.
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Able to work independently; overtime when needed.
• Willing to travel locally and overseas for support.

Responsibilities

• Install and commission new machines and kits at end users.
• Provide on-site and off-site operation training.
• Deliver technical support and troubleshooting for end users.
• Report feedback to HQ via JIRA for improvements.
• Update machine and kit status in JIRA for KPI tracking.

Customer Support Engineer (Based in Kuala Lumpur / Selangor)

Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities, conduct machine operation and maintenance training, and provide on-site and off-site technical support to end users.

Key responsibilities

Install and commission new machine and kit at end user facilities

Carry out machine and kit buy-off process as per end user requirement

Conduct machine operation and maintenance training to end user

Provide on-site and off-site technical support to end user

Feedback machine and kit matter and end user input to HQ through JIRA system for continuous improvement

Update machine and kit status to HQ through JIRA for progress tracking and KPI purposes

About you

Min Degree/Diploma holder or 2-4 years working experience in related industry

Good command of Mandarin, English and Malay written and spoken communication skills

Good analysis and trouble shooting skills

Able to work independently

Willing to work overtime and travel local / oversea support when required

Working experiences with Tester Equipment, Turret Equipment, pick and place, Hexa (Evo Plus) and AT468 machines
