Job summary

Oritronic Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Service Engineer based in Puchong, Selangor to perform installation, testing and commissioning on marking machines, and to provide on-site training for customers. You will conduct routine preventive maintenance, carry out on-site troubleshooting and repairs, and assist in promoting service contracts.

Fresh graduates encouraged; fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; willingness to travel with own transport and a valid driver's license

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin; Mandarin proficiency is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Willing to travel and possess own transportation.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, test and commission marking machines on site.
• Perform routine maintenance and follow established preventive schedules.
• Troubleshoot on-site and repair machines as needed.
• Provide on-site training for customers.
• Promote after-sales Service Contracts to customers.

Service Engineer (Based in Puchong, Selangor)

On site troubleshooting and repairing machine.

Provide on site training for customers.

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin . We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Good communication, interpersonal skill, proactive and independent.

Ability to carry out tasks according to objective and targets settings.

Good teamwork at all time.

1-2 years of relevant professional working experience will add to advantage.
