Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand needs and provide tailored service solutions.
• Promote and sell company products and services to potential and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers for satisfaction and loyalty.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance objectives set by management.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries with comprehensive information about services.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure excellent service delivery and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in company systems.
• Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates to stay informed about service offerings.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, in person and remotely.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall sales and service objectives.
