• Respond promptly to customer enquiries with comprehensive information about services.
• Follow up with leads and clients to ensure excellent service delivery and identify sales opportunities.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and sales activities in company systems.
• Participate in training sessions and product knowledge updates to stay informed about service offerings.
• Represent the company professionally in all interactions, in person and remotely.
• Collaborate with team members to support overall sales and service objectives.

About the role

We are seeking a Services Specialist to join our sales team in Kuching, Sarawak. This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in our continued growth and customer satisfaction. As a Services Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service whilst promoting our products and services to clients. Your role is strategically important as you will be the face of our organisation, building strong customer relationships and driving sales growth through your expertise, professionalism, and dedication to customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions

• Fluency in English and Malay is essential; additional languages are advantageous
• Willingness to undertake professional development and product training
