Job summary

ASACHEM in Selangor, Malaysia, is seeking a capable candidate for Customer Strategy & Experience Management. You will develop retention initiatives, manage client relationships, and address feedback to minimize churn.

You will work with sales and marketing to drive engagement, analyze data across CRM systems, and support campaigns. Fresh graduates are welcome; the role requires strong English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, plus willingness to travel locally.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced or Degree in Business Administration or Chemistry.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer retention initiatives, loyalty programs and engagement strategies.
• Serve as primary contact for clients, maintaining relationships and communication.
• Collect, analyze and address feedback, inquiries and complaints to minimize churn.
• Maintain CRM records and analyze customer data for targeted marketing.
• Support cross-selling, lead nurturing, and marketing campaigns.
