KPJ Sabah Specialist Hospital is seeking a proactive Customer Services Associate to support daily operations, bookings, inquiries, and guest assistance. You will handle conference room bookings, manage KPJ Healthcare cards, display brochures, greet callers, and maintain neat office areas.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business or related field.
• Experience in servicing environments preferred.
• Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; good communication.
• Microsoft Office literacy and professional presentation.

Responsabilités

• Manage Conference Room bookings and events as requested via the requisition form.
• Book conferences, meetings and seminars; arrange as per form.
• Check arrangements before the event and ensure order.
• Manage KPJ Healthcare card details and cardholders.
• Ensure cards printed are correct and mailed to customers.
• Manage brochures and flyers; ensure display and reprint if depleted.
• Handle general inquiries and complaints; provide accurate information.
• Greet callers, take messages and perform clerical duties.
• Keep office area neat; top up paper at copier/printer/fax and manage reading area.
• Assist in daily data entry of MCSI.
