Job summary

H & FRIENDS GTL (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD is seeking a proactive freight forwarding associate to support sea freight export operations, logistics and documents control. You will attend to customer enquiries via email or phone and help ensure smooth cargo flow.

The role requires at least 2 years in the Freight Forwarder field, with support for import and export and strong Excel, Word, and Outlook skills. You will work closely with customers to provide quality service and handle daily shipment

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years working experience in Freight Forwarder field.
• Experience in Import & Export considered as an extra advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customer enquiries efficiently via email or phone.
• Fully handle overall operation of the Cargo for Sea Freight Export, Logistics and Documents Control.
• Manage & monitor daily shipment activities.
