Job summary

Macnica Malaysia is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support order management, customer service, and billing processes. The role requires 1–2 years of relevant experience and familiarity with ERP systems; knowledge of Oracle is a plus.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining meticulous records and building strong customer relationships. This position offers opportunities within a growing distributor network across ASEAN, with benefits including EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and performance

• Knowledge of Oracle will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and expedite requests.
• Support the Sales PIC for assigned customers and respond to enquiries.
• Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy.

Customer Account Management

• Support the Sales PIC for assigned customers.
• Respond promptly to enquiries regarding order status, shipment and billing.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.

Billing & Documentation

• Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy.
• Support credit note and debit note processing.
