Macnica Cytech is seeking driven individuals to join our team in Malaysia. We are expanding our technology-focused distribution business and looking for candidates with 1–3 years of inside sales or customer service experience in electronics components distribution.

Join us to support field sales, manage RFQs, and collaborate on quotation strategies while working in a dynamic environment. This role emphasizes teamwork, meticulousness, and independent contribution.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant inside sales or customer service experience, preferably in the electronic components distribution business.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous with a positive working attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales and marketing teams on daily RFQs for key EMS customers through the e-quote portal, ensuring timely and accurate quotation processing.
• Collaborate with field sales teams on quotation strategies for key EMS customers.
• Create new end customers in BPM and raise SQ.
• Update the customer master quote file for the Sales Department's reference.
• Manage RFQs for customers assigned by the company from time to time.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as required.
