Job summary

Macnica Cytech in Penang, Malaysia, is hiring a Sales Coordinator to support order processing, customer inquiries and billing activities. You will work closely with Sales and customers to ensure smooth order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in sales coordination or customer service, basic Oracle knowledge, and a proactive, meticulous approach. This role offers a fast-paced environment and opportunities to grow with the team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales coordination or customer service.
• Oracle knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Meticulous with a positive working attitude.
• Independent, proactive and responsible.

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately in the ERP system.
• Monitor order status and ensure on-time fulfilment.
• Handle order changes, cancellations and expedite requests.
• Support the Sales PIC for assigned customers.
• Respond promptly to enquiries regarding order status, shipment and billing.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers.
• Generate shipping documents and ensure billing accuracy.
• Support credit note and debit note processing.
