Hong Leong Bank is seeking a Customer Service & Operations Manager for its Pandan Perdana Branch. You will lead the operations team to ensure seamless daily branch activities, deliver excellent customer service, and support sales targets with strong compliance.

Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will oversee customer inquiries, policy adherence, and staff guidance to maintain bank standards and customer satisfaction. A degree or diploma and 4–5 years of relevant experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or professional certification from a recognised college/university.
• 4–5 years of related experience in a Branch Customer Service or Sales role.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
