Job summary

Verve Digital Services is seeking an Operations/Customer Service professional in Kuala Lumpur to handle client inquiries and disputes, and provide timely transactional support. You will operate settlement systems, coordinate with external institutions, and escalate issues to resolution.

The role requires 2+ years in Customer Service or Operations, Mandarin proficiency, and familiarity with Excel. A background in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Service or Operations.
• Mandarin proficiency required for client communication.
• Familiarity with Excel and data handling.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries and disputes via online channels.
• Operate internal settlement systems and processing of transactions.
• Coordinate with external institutions; track and escalate exceptions to resolution.
• Communicate procedures and requirements clearly to clients.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
