Verve Digital Services is seeking an Operations/Customer Service professional in Kuala Lumpur to handle client inquiries and disputes, and provide timely transactional support. You will operate settlement systems, coordinate with external institutions, and escalate issues to resolution.
The role requires 2+ years in Customer Service or Operations, Mandarin proficiency, and familiarity with Excel. A background in Finance, Economics, or Accounting is preferred.

Handle client inquiries and disputes through online channels, providing timely and professional operational support.
Operate internal settlement systems for transaction instructions, execution, reconciliation, fund transfers, and data analysis.
Coordinate transaction instructions, price inquiries, quotations, order follow-ups, and related requests with external institutions; promptly elevate and track exceptions to resolution.
Identify and resolve operational issues, escalating complex cases and following up until closure.
Communicate business procedures and requirements clearly while resolving client disputes and safeguarding company interests.
Identify operational bottlenecks and coordinate with external institutions regarding market updates, service changes, and new product information.
Perform ad hoc tasks and operational support duties as assigned.
2+ years’ experience in Customer Service or Operations; dispute/complaint handling preferred.
Finance, Economics, Accounting, or financial industry background is an advantage.
Familiar with securities settlement, data-sensitive operations, Excel, and messaging platforms.
Strong logical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Knowledge of customer service procedures and trading execution processes.
Responsible, adaptable, and able to handle peak periods, shifts, and overtime when required.
Results-driven, independent, and able to work effectively across teams.
Mandarin proficiency (reading, listening, and typing) is a MUST to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
