Job summary

PERSOL Workforce Solutions Malaysia Sdn Bhd in Kuala Lumpur (Bangsar) is seeking a Customer Service Officer – Auto Assist. The role offers RM3,000–RM3,500 monthly plus a fixed RM450 allowance, with 5 days of work and rotating shifts.

You will handle calls, provide information on products and promotions, assist with enquiries, and strive for first-call resolution while recording all interactions accurately.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM qualification with relevant working experience.
• 1–2 years of experience in Call Centre / Customer Service is an added advantage.
• Diploma holders with relevant experience are welcome to apply.
• Fresh graduates with a relevant Degree are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Good numerical and calculation skills.
• Strong problem-solving and active listening skills.
• Computer literate.
• Positive attitude and able to handle challenging customer interactions.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
• Provide accurate information on products, services and promotions.
• Assist customers with enquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Aim for first-call resolution whenever possible.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant departments when required.
• Follow up with customers and maintain accurate records in the system.

Customer Service Officer – Auto Assist

Salary: RM3,000 – RM3,500 (based on experience)

Monthly Fixed Allowance: RM450

5 Days Working | 2 Days Off

Shift Hours – Auto Assist:

• Morning: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Noon: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Evening: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Working Location: Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur

Requirements
