Job Responsibility

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate and timely information regarding Magnum 4D products, services, and promotions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues, escalating complex problems to senior team members as needed, while maintaining a professional and empathetic demeanor.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of Magnum 4D's product offerings, rules, and regulations, staying up-to-date on any changes or updates.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately and completely in the company's CRM system.
  • Provide feedback to management on customer trends, common issues, and suggestions for service improvements.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in any relevant field
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields (i.e. Telemarketing, Billing, Customer Liaison etc) is an added advantage but not essential
  • Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice.
  • Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively
