1. To coordinate and support chemical cleaning operations by serving as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring timely communication, accurate job scheduling, documentation management, and effective resolution of customer inquiries.

2. To ensure seamless execution of chemical cleaning projects through effective customer coordination, operational planning, and proactive communication, while maintaining compliance with safety, quality, and service delivery requirements to achieve high customer satisfaction.

Roles And Responsibilities:

1. To ensure that the product meet the customer’s requirements.

2. Act as the main liaison between customers and internal operational teams

3. Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests.

4. Prepare work orders, service requests, and job documentation.

5. Monitor project timelines and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled

6. Prepare quotations, service proposals, and cost estimates for customers

7. Ensure all documentation complies with company quality management requirements 8. All other responsibilities as assigned by Superior from time to time.

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.

2. Fresh graduates may be considered; experience in industrial services or chemical cleaning operations is an advantage.

3. Preferably 1~3years working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing environment.

4. Strong computer literacy, with the ability to effectively utilize Microsoft Office and other relevant business systems, is required.
