ICHIRU MY HOMESTYLE SDN BHD in Permas Jaya, Johor, Malaysia is seeking an Admin Executive to handle daily administrative duties and office operations. You will assist with basic accounting tasks, data entry, and reconciliations while maintaining accurate records and organizing data with Excel.

The role requires at least 2 years of relevant experience, strong English, and Excel proficiency. Familiarity with AutoCount is a plus. On-the-job training and staff benefits are provided.

Position: Admin Executive

Location: Permas Jaya, Johor, Malaysia

Working Hours: 9am-7pm (Mon-Fri)

Salary: RM2,500 – RM3,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily administrative tasks and office operations

Support basic accounting tasks such as data entry and reconciliations

Maintain accurate records and organize data using Excel and other tools

Assist with AutoCount system operations (if applicable)

Ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of assigned duties

Follow company policies and maintain professional standards

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience

Familiarity with AutoCount system is a plus

Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently
