Job summary

SHIUH SHENG TECHNOLOGY SDN BHD (SSEM) in Malaysia seeks a customer service representative to be the primary contact for inquiries by phone and email, providing accurate product information and technical specifications.

You will coordinate with Production, QC, and R&D to resolve issues and provide technical troubleshooting, while documenting all case details and communications in the management system. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for this dynamic role.

Qualifications

• Education: Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field; a background in a technical or manufacturing-related field is a plus.
• Language Skills: Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage to facilitate communication with stakeholders and branches.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical details clearly to customers.
• Professionalism: A proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience: Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, as well as those with 1–2 years of experience in customer-facing roles.
