Job summary

General Storage Company Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive to be the friendly voice of the business across Klang Valley locations. You will handle calls, emails, and walk-ins, help customers find their perfect storage solution, and ensure our facilities run smoothly.

You'll rotate across Klang Valley, Ampang, Petaling Jaya & Puchong, bringing a positive attitude and tech aptitude with CRM/ERP familiarity.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred or willingness to switch from related fields.
• Tech-savvy with basic IT tools (CRM/ERP) preferred.
• Willing to rotate across Klang Valley, Ampang, Petaling Jaya & Puchong.
