Job summary

Medisgo Sdn Bhd is seeking a compassionate Indonesian-speaking patient support coordinator to assist registration and hospital visits. The role involves guiding patients to appointments, greeting customers, resolving concerns, and coordinating with hospital staff.

Fluency in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, with strong communication and a service-oriented mindset. The position is on-site at a hospital in Penang, Malaysia, and requires the ability to multitask

Qualifications

Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Indonesia, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Comfortable with extensive walking and being on your feet for most of the day.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, empathetic and service-oriented mindset.
Able to multitask and stay responsive on WhatsApp throughout the day.
Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or healthcare is an advantage.

Responsibilities

Assist Indonesian patients with hospital registration and admission procedures.
Accompany and guide patients to doctor appointments and consultations.
Meet and greet patients, providing warm and attentive support.
Address and resolve patient concerns and queries promptly and professionally.
Liaise with hospital staff, doctors, and internal teams to coordinate patient care.
Monitor and respond promptly to WhatsApp group messages for patient coordination and updates.
Provide translation/interpretation support as needed (Bahasa Indonesia/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin preferred).
