Job summary

Sunrise Recruit (CP4U) is seeking a customer service professional in Malaysia to answer inquiries and build trust through calls, emails, or messages. You will develop strong, long-term customer relationships through clear communication, address complaints with timely solutions, and follow up to ensure satisfaction.

The role also involves processing customer accounts, updating interaction records, and managing document filing within a standard Mon-Fri schedule (Sat alternate) from 8:30 am to 5:00
