Agensi Pekerjaan Jobbuilder Sdn Bhd (JTKSM143B) is hiring a Sales Executive to drive franchise growth for a fast-growing smart‑vending and F&B solutions brand in Singapore. Fresh graduates with strong communication and a hunger to win are welcome. Comprehensive training will be provided.

You will source potential partners, manage leads, present opportunities, and support onboarding and launch of new franchises. The role offers a base salary with commissions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Our client is a rapidly scaling franchise business specializing in smart-vending and automated F&B solutions across Singapore. We are seeking a driven, communicative individual to join the team and drive business growth. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing prospective franchise partners and supporting new franchisee through the setup and launch phases. This position is open to fresh graduates who possess exceptional communication skills and a strong hunger to win. Comprehensive training will be provided upon joining.

Job Scopes

• Find and follow up with potential franchise partners through calls, WhatsApp, email, and networking
• Build and manage franchise sales leads
• Present franchise opportunities and close deals
• Handle franchise enquiries and support the signing process

Requirements

Benefits

• Base salary of SGD 3,000.00 to SGD 3,500.00 (RM 9,586.40 to RM 11,184.16) + commission/incentives of SGD 1,000.00 to SGD 2,000.00 ( RM3,195.48 to RM 6,390.95)
