Job summary

Caring Pharmacy Retail Management Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our Klang Bukit Raja team. You will handle inquiries across multiple channels, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive customer experience aligned with SOPs.

You must be fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin skills preferred, and be willing to travel or relocate locally. Diploma or higher is required, with 1–2 years in customer service.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service.
• Minimum Diploma or higher in a related field.
• Excellent communication in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.

• Manage customer communication via CRM Ticketing and chats, email, phone, and other platforms.
• Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely manner.
• Ensure accurate handling of customer issues in accordance with SOPs.
• Maintain strong knowledge of business operations to provide accurate information.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and efficiency.
• Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required.

Job description

Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across all channels.

Manage customer communication via CRM Ticketing, Shopee Chat, Lazada Chat, TikTok Chat, Facebook/Instagram Chat, email, phone calls, WhatsApp, and other platforms as required.

Acknowledge, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.

Ensure accurate handling of customer issues in accordance with company SOPs.

Maintain strong knowledge of business operations to provide accurate information and support.

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve customer service processes and efficiency.

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management when required.

REQUIREMENTS :

At least 1–2 years of working experience, preferably in the customer service industry.

Minimum Diploma or higher in a related field.

Excellent communication and presentation skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (both verbal and written). We are seeking candidates proficient in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

The first CARiNG Outlet opened in Taman Muda, Cheras. At that time, the awareness of community pharmacy services was still low. The founders took these important steps to instill the value of pharmacists in the healthcare profession by:

Providing 12 hours a day, 7 days a week full time pharmacist service.

Providing easily accessible pharmacist counseling service, free blood pressure checks and other health checks at a minimum fee.

Designing the store with a modern, open concept to maximise interaction with customers and merchandise. With this successful concept, CARiNG Pharmacy is growing fast within the Peninsular Malaysia.
