Job summary

Print It Online Sdn. Bhd. in Sitiawan, Malaysia, is seeking a customer service associate to respond to inquiries, handle orders, and support after-sales issues across Shopee, TikTok Shop, and WhatsApp.

You will work with Sales, Warehouse, and Dispatch to resolve issues quickly, maintain fast response times, and contribute to revenue growth through high conversion. Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) are a plus, as is diploma qualification.

Requirements

Good communication skills with proficiency in written and spoken BM + BI / BC highly preferred

Patience, responsibility and an excellent service attitude, with a proven ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively

Basic computer skills, and if with graphic design skills (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.) are a plus

Detail-oriented, a good team player, willing to learn, able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Willing to work at irregular hours/shifts (Morning & Night shifts) as required

Able to work independently, high stress tolerance and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

At least Diploma Holders.

Experience with Printing Industry.

E-commerce experience (Shopee / TikTok Shop).

Previous experience in design & customer service is an added advantage.

Stable personality, mature mindset, long-term career intention.
