Job summary

SCA Specialty Chemicals Sdn Bhd is seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist in Malaysia to manage purchase activities, licensing, and order support. You will prepare delivery documents and invoices, coordinate transport for local and export orders, and assist with ISO documentation and audits.

Ideal candidates hold a Diploma/Advanced Diploma and have about 2 years of experience in customer care or related roles, with a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred.
• 2 years experience as a Customer Care Specialist preferred.

Responsibilities

• Purchase raw materials: contact supplier for quotes based on production requisition.
• Purchase - other items for production use (broom, gloves, mask pallets, detergent powder).
• Admin - monitor licenses and chemicals for 3rd party testing before expiry.
• Prepare DO and invoice in absence of accounts staff.
• Organise transport for delivery to customers and export.
• Assist in ISO audits and maintain ISO documents and standards.
• Support sales in issuing DO/Invoice.
