Job summary

Hightech Polymer Sdn. Bhd. in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a dedicated Customer Service professional to support customers, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on timely inquiries, order processing, and fostering strong client relationships across Malaysia and international clients. The successful candidate will have a Diploma or higher, 1–2 years in customer service or logistics, and strong English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher qualification (STPM / Bachelor's Degree Preferred).
• 1–2 years’ experience in customer service, logistics, or related fields (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia (oral & written). We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Computer literate; SAP/ERP knowledge is an advantage.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Handle order processing, sales coordination, and delivery follow-up.
• Work closely with logistics, purchasing, and warehouse teams.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records.
• Resolve customer issues and build long-term relationships.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking Customer Service to join our teams in Kuala Lumpur. The successful candidates will play an essential role in supporting customers, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring smooth business operations.
