Job summary

Sanwa Group of Companies in Ipoh, Malaysia is seeking a customer service representative to handle inquiries, orders, and requests across phone, email, and messaging channels. You will coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse and Logistics to ensure timely order fulfillment.

You will monitor order status and provide customers with updates on production and delivery schedules, resolve complaints, maintain records, and perform other duties assigned by Management to support our growing business

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and requests via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor order status and provide customers with timely updates on production and delivery schedules.
• Handle customer complaints and product issues with timely follow-up.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales orders, and related documentation.
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management when required.
