Job summary

Big Tooth EduGroup in Penang is seeking a friendly and proactive team member for online enquiry handling and customer support. You will respond to parent inquiries from Facebook and Instagram, communicate via WhatsApp to explain courses, and assess learning needs to tailor recommendations.

You will also arrange and remind parents about online trial classes, follow up after trials, and help with course enrollment while coordinating with teachers to align schedules.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with parents.
• Patience and responsibility in handling inquiries.
• Willingness to proactively follow up with customers.
• Familiar with WhatsApp and online communication tools.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from Facebook/Instagram parents.
• Communicate with parents via WhatsApp and introduce courses.
• Understand child learning needs and requirements.

• 通过 WhatsApp 与家长沟通及介绍课程。
• 了解孩子的学习情况和需求。

Trial Class Arrangement

• 发送课程资料及上课时间。
• 安排及提醒家长参加线上试课。
• 试课后主动 Follow Up 家长。

Customer Follow-Up & Records

• 协助家长完成课程报名。
• 记录及更新客户跟进进度。

Team Coordination & Workflow

• 与老师和团队协调课程安排。
