Job summary

Big Tooth EduGroup in Penang invites educators to join our teaching team. You will lead classroom sessions for assigned subjects, design engaging activities, and prepare lesson plans and teaching materials to make lessons vivid and motivating.

In Student Learning & Progress, you will monitor student progress, provide guidance for weaker areas, adapt pacing for different levels, and communicate regularly with parents to share growth and next steps.

Qualifications

• SPM / Diploma / Degree in any discipline.

Responsibilities

Creative Teaching

• 将教学内容转化为有趣、易懂的课堂活动。


• 理解学生特点、学习需求与班级氛围。


• 主动提出教学改进建议，持续提升课堂效果与学生学习体验。

Class Management & Workflow

• 独立负责课堂管理，维持良好的课堂秩序与学习氛围。


• 按时完成教案准备、作业批改、学生反馈及教学记录。


• 与家长定期沟通，分享学生学习情况、课堂表现与进步空间。
