Job summary

Talent Recruit Malaysia is seeking a Customer Relations Executive (Japanese Speaking) to support Japanese members with health services, including interpretation during doctor consultations and health screenings, as well as hospital procedures and insurance claims.

You will handle police reports for Japanese clients, manage documentation and data entry in Japanese and English, and provide general admin support while handling calls and emails.

Qualifications

• JLPT N2 or higher required.
• Fluent in Japanese and good English; Malay knowledge preferred.
• Willing to work Monday–Friday 8 AM–5 PM with 24/7 standby on a rotational shift for urgent cases.

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Serve as an interpreter during doctor consultations and health screenings for Japanese members.
• Provide medical support, including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
• Act as an interpreter for police reports, especially in cases of car accidents involving Japanese customers.
• Handle documentation and data entry in both Japanese and English.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
• Manage phone calls, emails, and other ad-hoc duties.

Requirements

• Must have JLPT N2 or above.
• Graduates from Japanese universities are encouraged to apply.
• Fluency in Japanese, good command of English, and knowledge of Malay.
• Strong interest in Japanese culture, with a passion for adapting to and interacting with Japanese clients.
• Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with 24/7 standby on a rotational shift for urgent cases (overtime and travel allowance provided).
• Basic salary: RM4,500 to RM6,500.
