Job summary

Talent Recruit is seeking a Customer Relations Executive with JLPT N1/N2 proficiency to assist Japanese members with hospital visits and interpreter support during consultations and health screenings. You will coordinate medical procedures and insurance claims, provide police reporting assistance as interpreter, and manage documents in Japanese and English while performing general admin duties.

This role requires strong Japanese skills, fluency in English and Malay, and a willingness to standby

Qualifications

• MUST HAVE JLPT N2 or higher.
• Graduates from Japanese University are highly encouraged to apply.
• Fluent in Japanese and proficient in English and Malay.

Responsibilities

• Interpret for Japanese members during doctor consultations and health screenings at hospitals.
• Provide medical support including handling hospital procedures and insurance claims.
• Provide police reporting support as interpreter for Japanese clients in car accidents.
• Handle documents and data entry in Japanese & English.
• Provide general administrative and operational support for assigned tasks.
• Answer phone calls and manage email correspondence and ad-hoc duties.
