Job summary

INNOValues Precision Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Quality professional to manage quality issues and drive corrective actions for our manufacturing operations in Malaysia. The role involves liaising with customers, coordinating containment, and supporting internal teams to resolve root causes.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Quality Management and at least 2 years in Customer Quality or QA within manufacturing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quality Management or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Quality or Quality Assurance in manufacturing.
Knowledge of IATF 16949, ISO 9001 and problem-solving tools (8D, FMEA, APQP, SPC, MSA).
Strong communication skills and English language proficiency. Mandarin is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

Handle customer quality issues, complaints and corrective actions (8D, CAPA).
Liaise with customers on quality matters and provide timely responses.
Coordinate containment actions and root cause analysis with internal departments.
Monitor customer quality performance and drive improvement initiatives.
Participate in customer audits and support external quality audits.
Prepare quality reports, presentations, and customer documentation.
Ensure compliance with customer requirements and ISO standards.
