Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Customer Program Management Specialist to drive profitability and performance across programs in the PCB manufacturing space. You will lead forecasting, planning, and coordination with customers and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and value realization.

The role requires strong problem-solving, negotiation, and communication skills, with experience in order/demand management, ECO processes, and cost/price analysis.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Deep knowledge of manufacturing processes, SCM and scheduling.
• Experience with PCB manufacturing pricing, contracts and negotiations.
• Strong customer negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning, and execution of strategies.
• Oversee order and demand management, ECO management, and readiness for new builds.
• Participate in pricing/bid preparation and contract development/negotiation.
• Monitor customer satisfaction through surveys, self-assessments, complaints, and resolution.
• Communicate with customers to ensure satisfaction with products.
• Coordinate program tracking meetings with the customer and internal teams.
• Receive and resolve customer issues and monitor inventory impact of changes.
• Provide performance reporting for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
• Collaborate with cost engineering, finance, and SCM to analyze costs and variances.

Customer Program Management Specialist (ID: 709004)

• Manage customer account profitability, forecasting, planning and monitoring efficiency and execution of strategies.
• Manage Order and Demand management, ECO management and coordinate ECO implementation, 4M, readiness, new build, exposure / liability, rework and NRE.
• Participate in pricing/bid preparation and the development and management of contract terms.
• Manage and monitor customer satisfaction day to day and formally through customer surveys, self-assessments, complaint management, problem resolution, and satisfaction management.
• Communicate frequently with customers to help ensure satisfaction with the company and the products.
• Coordinate and host regular / as needed program tracking meetings with the customer and internal account team members.
• Receive and resolve customer issues and complaints.
• Monitor the impact on inventory of order changes.
• Provide performance reporting and analysis for monthly Operations Reviews and quarterly Customer Performance Reviews.
• Work with cost engineering, finance and SCM staff to coordinate efforts to analyze costs and price variances.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 5-6 years working experience in related fields.
• Bachelor Degree in relevant fields.
• In-depth knowledge of the manufacturing process, schedules and scheduling requirements, Order Management, Demand Management and SCM.
• In-depth knowledge of the business issues associated with manufacturing PCBs.
• In-depth knowledge of product pricing, contracts and contract negotiations.
• Thorough understanding of business risks and price make up (Value add and Materials).
• Excellent customer contact, negotiation and problem resolution skills.
• Good presentation, database management and computer skills.
• Ability to manage multiple, detailed projects to a successful end while working under tight time deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of internal and external customers.
