Job summary

Aemulus Corporation Sdn Bhd is seeking a dynamic Customer Program Management / Project Management professional in Penang. You will manage customer relationships, drive project schedules, coordinate internal teams, and shepherd projects from planning through execution.

You will liaise between customers and internal teams, resolving issues and driving projects to closure while working with Sales, R&D, Operations, and QA, with opportunities to travel locally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
• 3 to 6 years of experience in program management or related areas is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good writing and communication skills in English, fluent in Mandarin preferred for liaising with suppliers.

• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by understanding business needs and growth opportunities.
• Develop and maintain executive program dashboards, monitor project progress, and provide status updates.
• Adapt swiftly to changes in project plans while maintaining progression.
• Coordinate reviews with customers and internal teams, managing communication and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Application Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA.

You will be the key liaison between customers and internal teams, managing expectations, resolving issues, and driving projects to closure. The role involves working closely with Sales, Application Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain and QA, with opportunities to travel locally and internationally to support customers. As a Customer Program Management / Project Management, key responsibilities as below:

• Develop and maintain executive program dashboards, monitor project progress, and provide regular status updates to customers.
• Adapt swiftly to changes in project plans while maintaining seamless project progression.
• Ensure effective communication and alignment with customer requirements.
• Coordinate customer and internal team reviews, managing communication, requirements, and documentation.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Application Engineering, R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, and QA.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.
• Manage customer orders and change requests in ERP systems.
• Travel as needed to support program execution and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing or related fields
• 3 to 6 years of experience in program management or related areas is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Good writing and communication skills in English, and fluent in Mandarin is preferred due to business need liaise with China or Taiwan suppliers and stakeholders
