Qualifications

• Process accurate and timely entry of customer orders.
• Follow up on order and delivery to meet requested dates.
• Coordinate daily delivery with outbound team.
• Monitor order/delivery status with relevant departments.
• Coordinate with sales on delivery and billing after processing.
• Follow up on rejected orders to close open items.
• Coordinate with transporter/logistics for timely delivery and disputes.
• Arrange returns collection and process customer goods returns.
• Ensure complete POD documentation and organized record keeping.
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies.
