Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/Engineering or related field; postgraduate preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in technology, digital transformation or supply chain domains.
• Proven leadership in technology, digital transformation, supply chain, logistics or fulfillment initiatives.
• Experience in distribution and fulfilment, logistics/transportation, e-commerce, or consumer goods distribution.
• Preferred experience with WMS/EWM, TMS and OMS; knowledge of inventory optimization and replenishment.
• Experience with supply chain analytics, reporting and business intelligence.
• Strong operational mindset; ability to solve business and operational challenges.
• Experience building new capabilities, platforms or solutions; entrepreneurial and growth mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to bridge business, operations and technology teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the company’s technology and digital transformation roadmap.
• Drive tech-enabled improvements across warehousing, inventory, fulfilment, logistics and distribution.
• Identify operational challenges and build scalable digital platforms and capabilities.
• Evaluate automation, AI and analytics to enhance efficiency and decision-making.
• Collaborate with operations to improve warehouse performance and customer experience.
• Oversee ERP, WMS, TMS, OMS and integration platforms across the business.
• Establish data-driven decision-making via dashboards and BI solutions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Commercial and Finance leaders.
