Job summary

L'Oréal in Malaysia (BEST in KL) seeks a Customer Master Data Analyst to manage customer data creation, updates, and governance in support of multiple markets. You will ensure data quality and participate in continuous improvement, reporting to the Customer Master Data Manager.

The role requires 2–4 years of MDM experience, SAP and Microsoft Office proficiency, and strong communication and teamwork skills. A collaborative, process-driven environment awaits in this Global Business Services hub.

Qualifications

• At least 2–4 years in experience in MDM.
• Previous experience in Customer Master Data Management
• Has experience in SAP and Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)
• Details oriented, high level of rigor, action oriented
• Very good written / oral communication skills
• Teamwork/Adaptability

Responsibilities

• Create and update/enrich customer master data according to requirements and standards.
• Ensure completeness and quality of the master data and participate in process improvement.
• Report to the Customer Master Data Manager.
• For the Senior profile: mentor junior profiles and manage MD projects.
• Follow Customer Master Data governance and standards.
• Support data creation or update for arbitration cases.
• Manage activity levels and workload for Master Data Specialists.
• Perform data quality controls and report progress regularly.
• Raise alerts for data quality degradation and coordinate fixes.
