Job summary

Keysight Technologies in Penang, Malaysia, is seeking a Customer Master Data professional to manage the lifecycle and quality of worldwide customer and partner data. You will ensure accurate, compliant data across MDM, Oracle, and Salesforce, enabling effective risk management and operational efficiency.

You will collaborate with CSR/Contact Centers and global teams, handle data requests, and support regional and worldwide initiatives, across defined working hours in Penang time.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Master Degree or University Degree or equivalent.
• Prior experience is an added advantage but fresh graduate without experience is welcome to apply.
• The person will be part of WW team supporting users globally
• The candidate will be working on one of the working hours listed.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Customer Data in MDM/Oracle and serve as entry point for creation and updates.
• Respond to CMD RMT Tool/email requests while honoring SLA.
• Ensure data formatting consistency and compliance with regional regulations.
• Perform user registration for Keysight Direct Online Store.
• Liaise with CSR/Contact Centers/Field Engineers/External Distributors/Credit to validate data.
• Lead or participate in CMD internal and regional projects.
• Carry out customer data cleanup as needed.
