BR Guest Group Sdn Bhd – Damansara, Selangor is seeking friendly, customer-service oriented individuals to join our dining team in a fast-paced environment.

No prior experience is required; SPM and above applicants are welcome. On-the-job training will be provided, and you will greet, seat, take orders, and ensure a pleasant dining experience for guests.

You will work shifts, weekends and public holidays; basic English/Bahasa Malaysia communication is required to perform effectively.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly, professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Provide menu recommendations and answer customer questions
• Serve food and drinks promptly, following service standards
• Maintain cleanliness of dining area, tables, and utensils
• Handle basic cash/payment transactions if required
• Coordinate with kitchen staff on order timing
