Job summary

Tin Box Group Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking a customer-facing team member for our F&B operations. You will welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve meals and beverages, and ensure a smooth dining experience. The role requires good communication, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Training will be provided; candidates aged 18+ with a friendly, professional attitude are welcome. Evening, night shifts, weekends, and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old
• F&B, hospitality, or customer service experience is an advantage
• Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable interacting with customers
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work evening/night shifts, weekends and public holidays
• Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Take customers' food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
• Serve food and beverages according to company service standards.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by attending to requests and resolving basic enquiries or complaints promptly.
• Clear tables, reset dining areas, and maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the restaurant.
• Process payments accurately using the POS system and issue receipts where applicable.
• Prepare the dining area before opening and perform closing duties after service.
• Refill condiments, cutlery, napkins, and other service supplies as required.
• Assist in basic food and beverage preparation when necessary.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs.
• Maintain cleanliness of service stations, equipment, and common areas.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in stock replenishment, inventory checks, and receiving deliveries when assigned.
• Attend training sessions and team meetings as required.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Company or immediate supervisor.
