Job summary

TAY Scientific Instruments in Malaysia is seeking a proactive professional to handle customer enquiries, process orders, and manage related customer service tasks. You will coordinate with operations for special handling and contribute to weekly quotations and backlog reporting.

Ideal candidate holds a diploma in business, marketing, or related field and has prior order processing experience; SQL knowledge is a plus. You will support cross-functional teams and perform ad-hoc duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Possess a recognized Diploma in Business administration, mass communication or marketing.
• Prior experience in handling order processing and customer service.
• Experience with SQL will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle customers enquiries, order entry and all customer services related areas, able to handle internal and external customer and inquiries, communicate customers' requirements to the operations team for any special handling.
• Update of weekly sales quotations or sales backlog report and participate in process improvement activities to streamline the department's workflow.
• Support the team and perform cross-functional activities when necessary.
• Any other ad-hoc duties.
