Job summary

Signature Market in Subang Jaya seeks a customer‑focused retail team member to enhance the shopping experience and build lasting relationships with customers. You will drive sales while maintaining inventory accuracy and visual merchandising standards across the store.

You will greet customers warmly, ask questions to learn their needs, and provide product knowledge for a superior shopping journey. Training is provided; candidates must be 18+, Malaysian citizens, and able to work 5 days a week

Qualifications

Possesses customer service and communication skills.
Good at maintaining inventory, store organization and independent work.
Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin; able to engage Mandarin-speaking customers.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain a customer‑centric retail culture to enhance the buying experience.
Achieve sales goals and positively impact profitability through customer service, sales, inventory and risk management.
Ensure visual merchandising standards are followed, including floor sets, cleanliness, signage and promotions.
Create compelling merchandise presentations and displays to maximize sales and customer focus.
Welcome each customer warmly and spend quality time to learn their needs, preferences and lifestyles.
Perform other duties as assigned.
