Job summary

Signature Market in Shah Alam, Malaysia is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to deliver outstanding service and help drive sales. You will manage inventory, maintain attractive displays, and ensure promotions are executed to boost store performance.

Greet customers warmly, uncover needs, and build long-term relationships. Training is provided; 5 days per week, 9-hour shifts, and a strong emphasis on brand standards and healthy lifestyle values.

Qualifications

• Possesses customer service and communication skills.
• Good in maintaining Inventory, Store, Organized, and Independent person.
• Able to communicate in English, Malay, and Mandarin; to communicate with Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Smoking or Vaping is prohibited to uphold our brand and promote a healthy lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals and contribute to profitability.
• Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards and store operations.
• Create merchandise presentations and ensure displays have an impact and are customer-focused.
• Ensure each customer is welcomed into the store in a warm, genuine manner.
• Spend quality time with customers to understand needs, preferences, and lifestyles.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
