Job summary

Required to be a strong communicator with excellent English, you should manage time effectively, multi-task across systems, and learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher required; degrees in any field accepted.
• Prefer 2 years of related experience; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written English and local market language.
• Strong listening and empathy with customers; good phone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent support experience to customers via all relevant channels.
• Identify customer's needs and provide strategic solutions to address them.
• Ensure first contact resolution and follow-up with service partners and internal teams.
• Give constructive feedback on tools, resources, processes and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Deliver high-quality service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Build sustainable relationships and go the extra mile for customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the Quality Management System.
