Job summary

Watsons Malaysia is seeking customer-oriented retail staff to join its team. You will provide professional service to customers, manage cashier duties, and promote VIP memberships.

Applicants should have PMR/SPM/STPM or equivalent, plus a professional certificate, with good communication and interpersonal skills. Flexible to work weekends and public holidays; both full-time and part-time roles are available.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional service to customers.
• Coordinate stock levels to ensure sufficiency.
• Ensure correct selling techniques to achieve sales targets.
• Perform cashier functions and promote Watson's VIP Member Cards.
• Maintain procedures and methods according to Operations Standards.
• Undertake other tasks as required by superiors.
