Job summary

Best Auto Biz Sdn Bhd in Sarawak seeks a customer service-oriented professional to be the voice of Toyota owners in Kuching. You will welcome and assist customers, handle inquiries and coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts to ensure a seamless ownership experience.

Ideal candidates have a degree in business or related field, a valid Malaysia driving license, and strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing or related field.
• Valid Malaysian Driving License (Class D).
• Computer literate & proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of Chinese or local Dayak dialects is an advantage.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills with the ability to turn challenges into positive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers professionally.
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with Sales, Service and Parts departments to ensure seamless customer service.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, follow up on service cases and maintain accurate records.
• Analyze customer feedback and recommend improvements.
• Support customer engagement activities, campaigns and dealership events.
