Job summary

ADA is seeking a senior Cloud Architect in Kuala Lumpur to lead cloud services across AWS, GCP and Azure. You will supervise deployments, ensure security and compliance, and optimize uptime and performance for regional workloads.

You will collaborate with DevSecOps teams, implement CI/CD pipelines, mentor engineers, and shape data and AI foundations for enterprise growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and administration on AWS/Azure/GCP.
• Cloud Certification in AWS or GCP or Azure.
• 7+ years deploying cloud deployments with security and compliance.
• Experience with automation and configuration management.
• Experience with DevSecOps monitoring tools.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the overall Cloud Services and drive cloud strategy.
• Deploy infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP/Azure across regions.
• Monitor web services, databases, security, and compliance.
• Ensure cloud deployments are secure, available, and recoverable.
• Manage platforms for maximum uptime and performance.
• Troubleshoot Linux and database performance issues.
• Leverage big data tools like Spark and Airflow
• Develop Python scripts and database administration tasks
• Utilize Jira/Confluence, GIT, and CI/CD tooling
• Oversee ETL processes in Data Warehouse
• Implement Data Collection and Analysis frameworks
• Follow best practices across SDLC and operations

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for supervising the overall Cloud Services.
• Ability to deploy infrastructure solutions on AWS/GCP to provide services across regions.
• Proactive monitoring of web services applications, databases, users, security, and compliance across all services in Cloud.
• Ensure all cloud deployments are highly secure, available, and recoverable.
• Manage platforms to ensure maximum uptime and optimal performance.
• Provide guidelines to troubleshoot Linux and database performance issues.
• Understanding of big data processing tools such as spark and Airflow
• Database Admin and Python scripting skills
• Has DevOps tooling user skillset in using Jira/Confluence, GIT and a CICD tool
• Working knowledge ETL Process in Data Warehouse
• Working knowledge of Framework for Data Collection and Analysis
• Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture and administration with at least one of the following: AWS/Azure/GCP
• Cloud Certification in either of AWS/GCP Cloud services.
• 7+ years of experience working with Cloud deployments
• Should have deployed cloud security solutions and have extensive knowledge of cloud security compliances
• Experience with infrastructure automation and configuration management.
• Experience with Dev SecOps monitoring tools.
• Expert with Cloud Platforms tools and services on AWS, GCP, Azure
• Effective communication skills, with good command of English.
