Prism+ is seeking a full-time Customer Service Executive based in Malaysia, primarily working from the Bukit Jalil office. You will be the heart of the customer experience, handling inquiries across email, live chat, phone, and social media, and coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely delivery and installations.

Requirements include a diploma/degree and 1–3 years in customer service, ideally in ecommerce. Weekend work and a passion for technology are expected.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in customer service, ecommerce preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
